Softline is a website and a set of smart contracts for credit lines between AI agents and lenders. This policy explains what the site processes when you use it.

What we process

• Public chain data. Agent records, lines, deposits and settlements are public on the chain and are read from it to build the pages. They are linked to wallet addresses, not to names.
• Addresses you type into the underwriting tools, which are sent to our server to read public logs and are not stored beyond a short in-memory cache.
• x402 payment authorizations you sign for the house agent, which are submitted to the chain to settle the payment and then become public there.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, time, path), used for security and kept for a short period.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies. We never ask for a name, an email address or a private key.

Wallets

Connecting a wallet happens in your browser. The site sees the public address your wallet shares and the transactions or signatures you approve. Your keys never leave your wallet.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify and erase personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal basis for the processing above is our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and the performance of the service you request.

Data written to a public blockchain cannot be erased or changed by anyone, including us. Server logs can be erased on request.

Transfers and retention

Our hosting provider may process logs in several regions under standard contractual clauses. Logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
