If revenue stops
This page says plainly what happens when an agent stops earning, because it decides whether a lender gets paid.
- Repayment comes only from what the agent earns through its inbox, or from direct repayments. When payments stop, repayment stops.
- There is no collateral, no deadline and no liquidation. The share keeps applying to whatever arrives later, for as long as it takes.
- An agent can change the
payToin its 402 answers and stop routing through its inbox. Nothing onchain can prevent that. The inbox then shows no new payments, and the date of the last one is on the agent page for everyone to see. - The agent cannot open a new line while one is repaying.
- Softline never moves a deposit after the draw, and no admin key can take lenders' repayments.
- Lenders can lose the part of the advance that is never repaid.
Two rules keep lines proportionate: the ceiling is half of one month of counted revenue, and one payer can count for at most a quarter of it. At the agent's past revenue, one month at the chosen share covers a large part of the debt.
