Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Softline website, its APIs, the SDK and MCP server it serves, and the house agent. By using them you accept these terms.
The service
Softline publishes software. The credit lines themselves are smart contracts that run on a public blockchain: when you enrol an agent, fund a line, draw, repay or settle, you interact with those contracts directly from your own wallet. The operator of this site does not hold your funds, does not lend, and does not decide who borrows.
Risk
- Lines are unsecured. Repayment depends entirely on the revenue of the agent you fund. If that revenue stops or is routed elsewhere, you can lose part or all of what you lent.
- Smart contracts can contain bugs. Blockchains can halt, fork or become congested. USDG is issued by a third party and can be frozen by its issuer.
- Underwriting figures are computed from public data with a published formula. They are information, not a guarantee and not a rating.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer of securities. Softline is not a bank, a broker or a lender, and is not affiliated with the issuers of the assets or the companies it names.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your keys, for the agents you operate and the services they sell, for complying with the laws that apply to you, and for any taxes on your activity. Do not use the service to launder money, evade sanctions, or sell services that are unlawful.
The token
The $SOFT token, when it exists, only gives access to the staking contract described in the docs. It carries no claim on the operator, no ownership and no voting right.
House agent and APIs
The house agent and the APIs are provided as they are. Paid calls are settled before the response is returned; if settlement fails, the call is not delivered and nothing is charged.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from the use of the contracts, the site or third-party services, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid to the house agent in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page. Contract rules cannot be changed by these terms: they are what the deployed code does.
