Staking

10% of the fee part of every repayment is the protocol fee. It accrues in SoftlineCredit and anyone can callflushFees() to send it to the staking contract, where $SOFT stakers earn it in USDG, pro-rata to their stake.

• Stake and unstake at any time. Unstaking never depends on the USDG balance.
• USDG that arrives while nothing is staked waits and goes to the first stake into an empty pool.
• The staking address is set once; any later change waits two days onchain.

The staking contract opens together with the token. Until then the fee accrues in SoftlineCredit and nothing is lost.
